Do you have any questions regarding our watchmaking services? Please feel free to contact us!
Our master watchmaker Emily Newsom is experienced with a wide range of brands and complications. We use the latest tools, techniques, and lubricants. We use new and innovative vintage part sourcing techniques and maintain one of the largest watch movement databases on the internet.
A detailed breakdown of what you can expect based on the type of watch can be found in our watchmaking pricelist. If you would like a custom quote before you send us your watch you can request that using our watchmaking quote form.
We will try to complete the work on your watch as soon as possible. If parts are required that we do not have in stock, shipping time for those parts can delay the timeline.
We regularly update our watchmaking time estimates. To learn more about the current time estimate you can do so here.
You will receive a shipping label in your email if you submit a watchmaking request, please send your watch to our shipping address (also shown below). Please use your postal system (USPS if you live in the US, Canada Post in Canada, etc), and, if requested, list the contents of your package as “watch for repair, to be returned”, this ensures no extra charges are incurred by us. We currently have workshops physically located in 🇺🇸 Dallas, Texas (coming soon), and 🇨🇦 Halifax, Canada. As our Dallas location isn’t quite ready yet, currently all packages are sent and received from our location in Halifax, Canada for all customers worldwide. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

We generally work on most entry level to high end mechanical watches and are comfortable with most complications. Rolex, Omega, Universal Geneve, Longines, IWC, JLC, Gallet, Heuer, Breitling, Grand Seiko, King Seiko, Tissot, Oris, etc, are brands we commonly work on. We can work on entry level Seiko (Seiko 5, SKX, etc) but our pricelist still applies for these watches. We don’t work on pin-lever or disposable movements such as vintage Timex.
We generally prefer to not work with quartz watches. We can do movement swaps for you if desired, but we do not regularly diagnose quartz movement and circuit board issues–our specialty is mechanical. If in doubt about your watch, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know if we can help.
Yes! We always stand by the work we do! Sometimes problems can come up, and as a result, we offer a zero-headache 1 month warranty on all the work we do. If there are issues with our work please contact us and we will correct the issues at our expense.
Unless requested, we will only clean hands/cases/bracelets. If you’d like hands straightened or polished please request this (extra costs apply). Case and bracelet refinishing can often be done on-demand as well (extra costs apply)
We use Swiss Made Moebius lubricants. Moebius synthetic lubricants 9010, 9104, 9415, 9504 are all used in most servicing work. We also use Moebius 8213, 8200, and Moebius Lubeta on some movements.
When we work on your watch we will almost always also do a full cleaning and complete service. We believe that it is important to always do a full cleaning and complete service without skipping any steps. By doing a full cleaning and complete service, we can be confident in your watch’s long term performance and reliability.
Our servicing is performed by our master watchmaker Emily Newsom. Our servicing is covered under our zero-headache watchmaking warranty.

How long will it take? Our current up-to-date watchmaking time estimates are listed below. Times do not include shipping times. Service Time is the estimate of how long it will take us to do a full service and send your watch back to you if no additional parts need to be ordered. Part Delivery Time varies depending on the supplier we need to use, but this is a general estimate of how long our part delivery times currently take. In general Service Time and Part Delivery Time happen in parallel.
