Return To ShopWelcome to EmmyWatch! EmmyWatch is your premiere stop for restored vintage watches. EmmyWatch was founded by Emily Newsom as a way to make vintage watches more accessible to regular watch enthusiasts. Vintage watches are amazing but can sadly come with undisclosed problems, unknown history, poor service jobs, and a non-existent warranty–we started EmmyWatch to change that. Feel confident browsing our watch store–every watch is professionally by restored by our master watchmaker to our high standards and comes with a full zero-headache warranty.
At EmmyWatch we deal almost exclusively with vintage watches. EmmyWatch are experts at the vintage watch restoration process. The result of our expertise is that we can provide our customers with excellent watch buying and watch servicing experiences. All of the watches we sell on EmmyWatch have been extensively restored inside-and-out by Emily, our master watchmaker, company founder, and vintage watch lover. At EmmyWatch we aim to provide our customers with a like-new, zero headache watch buying and watch-owning experience.
Additionally, EmmyWatch maintains one of the largest vintage watch movement databases on the internet. This database was complied by us to make our part sourcing easier. Because we believe in giving back to the watch community, our database is provided for free for all.

Our Master Watchmaker Emily Newsom handles all watchmaking and restoration duties. Emily is an experienced entrepreneur and an avid watch collector herself. Emily’s personal collection usually hovers around 2 dozen pieces. Emily has a background in business and engineering and has been practicing watchmaking for many years, having honed her skills on many different brands, periods, and complications. Emily is at home working on both vintage and modern movements, from Seiko to JLC, but her specialty, and true love, is restoring vintage pieces that have often been neglected throughout their life. Emily loves a challenge and she is most at home when working on a difficult vintage piece with a limited part inventory. Emily’s experience combined with her ability to source hard to find parts, salvage parts, or make custom parts allows her to restore vintage watches back to their full beautiful glory.
"My 2012 JLC Reverso Squadra Duoface or my mint 1950s Valjoux 90 powered Crawford (a short lived American brand) triple date moonphase which I restored. 😍"
"Definitely a vintage stainless JLC memovox is next on the list, I'm keeping my eye out for one to restore for myself."
"Most would think watches with advanced complications, but honestly, when I see an early 20th century piece on my bench, I get nervous, often old pieces have many problems due to poor watchmaking throughout their life."
"Universal Geneve is my favorite. I also love Omega for their stunning back catalog. Rolex is also a solid brand."
"It all started because I accidently dropped one of my vintage watches. I took it to a watchmaker who held on to it for 6 months before admitting he was incapable of fixing it. Frustrated at the lack of skilled vintage watchmakers, I learned watchmaking and then fixed the watch myself. The rest is history."
