Return To ShopThe Venus 151 watch movement, also known as the Wehrmachtswerk or Germany Military Movement, was part of a line of movements that included calibres such as AS 1130, 1142, 1149, 1243, 1286, 1295, 1304, 1339, 1383, 1387, 1392, 1399, 1401, 1420, 1487, 1502, 1522, 1540, 1542, 1548, 1573, 1597, 1667, and 1685. Two variations of this line had a diameter of 13.5''', specifically calibres 1337 and 1511, while two others had a diameter of 14''', namely calibres 1486 and 1543. Additionally, three variations had an indirect sweep second: calibres 1155, 1164, and 1195. These movements were in use for a short period and were later replaced by the AS 1188 movement, which featured a direct sweep second. The Venus 151 movement is a manual wind movement with a sub second, and it was commonly utilized around 1955.
