The movement includes two roller freewheels and a ball-bearing rotor. Its regulation gear utilizes a worm screw mechanism. The 32.7 movement is based on the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688 and was developed jointly by Doxa, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, and Zodiac. The specific differences between the 32A and 32.7 versions are not known. The movement incorporates several functions including sweep seconds, date adjustment, and a calendar feature. The Valjoux 7751 movement was used around the period of 1965.
