The Tissot 2251 watch movement was produced during the period from 1976 onwards. In this movement, the hairspring is clamped directly in the terminal without a hairspring stud. It shares many parts and casing dimensions with equivalent models of the 61XX family. The movement is a manual wind with a sweep second function.
