The movement features a timer function that measures intervals of 60 seconds with an accuracy of 0.2 seconds, as well as a 30-minute timer. Additionally, there is an option for a timer function that measures intervals of 30 seconds with an accuracy of 0.1 seconds and a 15-minute timer. The movement includes an additional timer function, stem winding capability, and a sweep second hand. The Record 19 movement was commonly used around the year 1991.
