Return To ShopThe Pierce 12S watch movement, also known as the Wehrmachtswerk or Germany Military Movement, is part of a line that includes various calibres such as the AS 1130, 1142, 1149, 1243, 1286, 1295, 1304, 1339, 1383, 1387, 1392, 1399, 1401, 1420, 1487, 1502, 1522, 1540, 1542, 1548, 1573, 1597, 1667, and 1685. Among these, the 1667 has a size of 13.5''' while there are two calibres with 13.5''' (1337 and 1511) and two with 14''' (1486 and 1543). Additionally, three calibres in this line feature an indirect sweep second (1155, 1164, and 1195), but they were soon replaced by the AS 1188 with a direct sweep second. The Pierce 12S movement is a manual wind movement with sub seconds, and it was primarily used around 1955.
