Return To ShopThe Oris 391 watch movement is an open face calibre with a pin-lever escapement and a stop function controlled by a pillar wheel. It incorporates shock protection, which has been in use since approximately 1960. The movement also features a mobile stud carrier, a balance-stop, and a new guide, which have been implemented since around 1970. Additionally, it offers multiple functions including a timer with options for 60 seconds (0.2 seconds) and 30 minutes, as well as an optional setting for 30 seconds (0.1 seconds) and 15 minutes. The movement is stem wind and includes a sweep second function. It was in use around the period of 1960.
