It is based on the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688 and features an automatic mechanism. The development of this movement involved the collaboration of Doxa, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, and Zodiac. The movement incorporates various functions including automatic winding, a sweep second hand, day adjustment within a +/-24-hour range, and quickset date adjustment achieved by repeated pushing of the crown.
