Return To ShopThe Omega 1379 watch movement, which was in use from 1977 onwards, features a pointed balance staff supported by white jewels. This movement has a unique design that combines a traditional balance system with a quartz-controlled electronic circuit. An electronic pulse is applied to the balance at each period, ensuring stability. The movement includes a trim capacitor for adjustment purposes. Additionally, the Omega 1379 movement offers various functions such as a quartz-controlled balance motor, sweep second hand, day setting within a +/-24-hour range, date setting by changing the 22:20-24-hour period, and an electrical hack feature.
