Return To ShopThe Mido 707PC watch movement, which has been in use since 1962, features a micro rotor and is equipped with either 21 or 30 jewels, incorporating a double jewel bearing. It includes a double excenter regulator for curb pins and stud carrier. The movement is self-winding, with the direction switching facilitated by a pinion that floats between two large jewels. The indirectly driven minute and second hands allow for a low-profile design. Since around 1966/67, there have been minor modifications to the base plate and a simplified date driver. In addition, this movement offers various functions, including automatic winding, a sweep second hand, and a date feature that can be set by changing the 23-24 hour time. It also features sweep seconds, automatic winding, and Incabloc shock protection.
