Return To ShopThe Mido 707P watch movement, used during the period 1953-1955, features a patented double-excenter winding mechanism with jewelled rollers and a jewel-bearing rotor. This movement incorporates an intermediate wheel that allows for a low-profile design without compromising on robustness, while also providing flexibility for the placement of the seconds wheel. The early samples of this movement may have a hidden balance cock and partial or complete pink gold plating, while the later samples feature a new rotor lock and ring balance. Additionally, this movement offers automatic winding functionality, sub-second indication, and the ability to set the date by changing the time from 20:45-24h.
