Return To ShopThe Lip T15 watch movement, introduced in 1959, features an excenter regulator for the stud carrier. It incorporates an intermediate wheel between the minute pinion and the rest of the train, enabling a large balance and low-profile design without compromising durability. This layout allows for the placement of the seconds wheel in either the center or for a sub-second, without requiring modifications. The third wheel is concentrically positioned to C, allowing it to drive both a sweep-second pinion at B and a sub-second pinion at D. Notably, the winding pinion B's helical gearing ensures smooth transmission from the crown to the crown wheel. The majority of threads in the movement are pressed in bushings at C, eliminating the need for alignment pins and facilitating assembly. The Lip T15 movement offers the following functions: manual wind, sweep second, and date setting by changing 20:45-24h.
