It incorporates a regulation gear and is based on the manual wind calibre AS 1687/1688. The automatic mechanism is a collaboration between Doxa, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, and Zodiac. The 32.4 movement shares similarities with the 32.19, 32.29, and 32.9 movements, although any specific differences are currently unknown. The movement features an automatic function, sweep second, and a date function that can be set by changing 20:40-24h. The period of use for this movement is estimated to be around 1965.
