It is believed to have been introduced around 1955 and was still listed in the Flume catalogs in 1972, while the Angelus 120 was not. The Official Swiss parts catalog also only includes the Henzi Pfaff 104, dating back to 1949. There are variations of this movement available with both sweep seconds and non-sweep seconds configurations.
