Return To ShopThe Fontainemelon 268 watch movement, which does not have a separate escape-wheel cock, features options such as a gold escape wheel and an Incastar regulator. It is worth noting that the Incastar regulator is the only large-scale produced regulator that incorporates a free oscillating hairspring. Additionally, there are other calibres, namely the 970 II, 1397, 1415, and 1534, that appear similar to the Fontainemelon 268 movement, but the exact differences between them remain unknown. These movements have a height (H) of approximately 3.45mm. The Fontainemelon 268 movement is manually wound and includes sub seconds, making it a mechanical movement. It was commonly used around the year 1955.
