The pawl wheels have two levers and 15 teeth, allowing for efficiency similar to a ratchet wheel with 60 teeth. The teeth are designed to be durable with the absence of a click spring, and the levers can be adjusted to compensate for wear. The movement is automatic and includes a sweep second hand. This movement was commonly used around 1960.
