The Felsa 29 watch movement is a hunter calibre with a Breguet hairspring. There are no known differences between the 616 and 618 variants. However, the 618 variant is believed to have been specifically made for Rolex and Panerai. The movement features stem wind and set, sub second, and right setting functions. It was commonly used around the period of 1945.
