Return To ShopThe ETA 2824J2 watch movement, introduced around 1984, is equipped with a ball-bearing rotor and a sophisticated excenter self-winding mechanism with just one gear stage. It features a hairspring clamped directly in the terminal, eliminating the need for a hairspring stud. The movement shares many parts and casing dimensions with equivalent models of the 61XX family. Its functions include automatic winding, sweep second hand, quickset day display in two languages, quickset date display, day and date display, and a calendar function.
