Return To ShopThe ETA 2399 watch movement, also known as the Wehrmachtswerk (Germany Military Movement), is a manual wind movement that features sub second functionality. It may have optional Reed's regulator and different bridge shapes. Some variations of the movement may have a separate escape wheel cock, differently beveled bridge and plate edges, and a ring balance and/or mobile stud carrier in later samples. However, even the very late models may still lack a shock device. There are other calibers in this line with different sizes and sweep second variations. It is worth noting that this movement was only produced for a short period of time, as it was soon replaced by the AS 1188 with a direct sweep second.
