Return To ShopThe Dugena 2301 movement is a 17''' open face calibre watch movement with a Breguet hairspring. It features an intermediate wheel that allows for a low profile without compromising sturdiness. The movement is named after the arrangement of its four train bearings, which are placed according to the four brightest stars of the constellation Pleiades. It is also worth mentioning that the 701 NEW movement offered optional Chronometer certification from the Neuchatel Observatory. The differences between the 17'''10, 701, 703, and 7521 versions of this movement are not known. This movement is stem wind and set, with a sub second function. It also includes an Adjustable Stud Holder and Shock Protection. The 701 NEW movement has been in use since 1910.
