This open face calibre features a bimetallic screw balance and is equipped with a Breguet hairspring. The movement was initially crafted with a yellow gilt finish until approximately 1939, after which it was changed to a white finish. The J47D movement includes functions such as stem winding and setting, sub seconds, and a hack feature.
