The Baumgartner 20 watch movement was produced between the years 1935 and 1951, with less than 600,000 units manufactured during this time. It was designed for high-grade small-scale production, in collaboration with the company E. Howard Boston. In total, approximately 1,400,000 units were produced across all models from 1934 to 1954. The escapement wheel cap is set in gold, and it features a Breguet hairspring. This movement is manually wound and includes a sub-second function.
