Return To ShopThe A. Schild 825 watch movement features a pin-lever escapement, a coarse imitation of balance screws, a ratchet on the dial side, and a hidden crown mechanism with a rocker bar. Early samples of the movement have a 1.90mm hour tube with a rivet collar for the hour wheel on its bottom and the hour hand on its top. The movement includes the following functions: stem wind and set, sweep second, and sweep seconds. Designed for clocks, the A. Schild 825 movement was popular in the mid-20th century, around the 1950s.
