The A. Schild 780 watch movement features a Girocap combined setting for the escapement wheel and an indirectly driven minute hand, allowing for a large balance. This movement was developed through a joint collaboration between Doxa, Ebel, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Girard-Perregaux, Juvenia, and Zodiac. It is worth noting that Bestfit lists the calibres Felsa 4035 and 4036 as equivalent to the A. Schild 780, but their actual manufacturer remains uncertain. This movement is manually wound and was primarily used during the approximate period of 1965.
