Return To ShopThe A. Schild 1191 watch movement, manufactured from 1965 onwards, is an automatic mechanical movement with a sweep second function. Equipped with 30 jewels featuring a double jewel bearing, it incorporates a double excenter regulator for curb pins and stud carrier. The movement's selfwinding gear includes a pinion that floats between two large jewels, facilitating direction switching. Additionally, its indirectly driven minute and second hands contribute to a low-profile design. Minor modifications to the base plate were introduced in 1966/67.
