Return To ShopThe A Michel 520 watch movement, manufactured by Watch Factory Tschistopol in the period 1957-, is a chronometer. The movement features a nickel or gold plated construction and incorporates a Breguet hairspring. Notably, the indirectly driven minute and second hands, along with the escape-wheel bearing located beneath the balance, allow for a large balance. Furthermore, the movements for Wolna- and Wostok watches had to undergo testing similar to that of the COSC. It is worth mentioning that movements that failed these tests were utilized for the more affordable Almaz brand. The A Michel 520 movement offers manual winding and a sweep second function.
