Our zero-headache warranty
2 week no-questions-asked returns + our 1 year zero-headache warranty.
If you are unsatisfied with your watch purchase during the first 14 days, you can return it for your full money back. Watches must be in the same condition they were sold in and must be packaged in the original packaging. Once we receive your return and our watchmaker verifies the condition and authenticity, we will refund your payment no-questions-asked.
To ensure our customers have a zero-headache experience we sell all watches with a 1 year warranty. The warranty covers any manufacturing, functional, or restoration defects for a period of 1 year. If there are any manufacturing, functional, or restoration defects with a watch within reason, we will resolve the issues as soon as possible at our expense. The warranty generally does not cover damage caused by watch misuse or customer negligence. We always replace all of the seals in a watch, but in general we do not guarantee our watches to be waterproof to modern standards (swimable) unless listed in the product listing. If in doubt, please contact us and we can help answer any questions you may have.
Examples of what is covered and what is not covered are shown below.

- The watch stopped running
- The watch keeps poor time
- A hand is misaligned
- The bracelet doesn't operate correctly
EXAMPLE OF WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Water damage to a watch that was not sold as waterproof
- You scratched the crystal or bracelet on your desk
- You fell and broke the crystal
- A 3rd party watchmaker damaged the watch.
Even if damage is not covered under the warranty we can still fix the problem for a fee. Please contact us if you have an issue with your watch, we are always here to help with any questions you may have.
Watch return process
If you are unsatisfied with your watch purchase during the first 14 days, you can return it for your full money back. Watches must be in the same condition they were sold in and must be packaged in the original packaging, including all paperwork. Once we receive your return and our watchmaker verifies the condition and authenticity, we will refund your payment no-questions-asked.

When sending us your watch, please use your country’s postal service, for example, use USPS if you live in the US or Canada Post in Canada. If requested, list the contents of your package as “watch return”. Listing the contents this way ensures no extra charges are incurred by us during shipping that we would have to pass on to you.

Watch Return Timeline
Send us the watch
Package your watch back up safely in the box we sent it to you in. Make sure to include the watch box and all paperwork as we can only process returns in their original condition and packaging. Send the watch to our address above. If requested, list the contents of your package as “watch return”.
We receive the watch
We will contact you when we receive the watch and then we will have our watchmaker verify the condition and authenticity.
We send you a refund
Once the condition and authenticity is verified we will contact you and send you a complete refund including shipping costs, no questions-asked.
