This rare 1972 Tissot Navigator 44646-2X Diver is truly special. This beautiful Navigator Diver example is in amazing condition. The watch features a lovely slightly-ghosted patina bezel, and a stunning gradient dial in like-new condition with hands to match. The lume is an aged warm hue of yellow, and the second hand adds a pop of orange to compliment the dial’s color palette. The watch is in beautiful restored condition as per our extensive restoration and authentication process. The watch features a new acrylic dive crystal, a restored original bi-directional bezel, a restored original case, and a restored Tissot bracelet and endlinks with polished center links and brushed outer links. The watch features a jointly designed Tissot/Omega automatic movement that has been fully overhauled and restored to OEM specs.

This stunning Tissot Navigator features the Tissot 2511 automatic movement with quickset date. The date can be quickset by pushing the crown inward to advance a day at a time. The watch runs at 21,600 vph and was jointed designed by Tissot and Omega and is used in both Tissot and Omega watches. This watch was from an era when Tissot was at their top of their game and on par with Omega in terms of quality and design.

The watch is 37.5mm in diameter but does wear slightly larger due to its shape. The Tissot bracelet is 19mm. The adjustable Tissot bracelet will fit wrists up to 8″. The dial, movement, crown, case, bracelet are all signed Tissot. The caseback and crown have new gaskets and combined with the new dive crystal, this watch features mid-range water resistance.
